William H. Fegley, Jr. began his career in public accounting with Arthur Young before he founded Fegley & Associates in 1975. He acted as the managing shareholder at Fegley & Associates for 47 years until he recently merged his practice into Morison Cogen LLP, where he continues to serve as partner in the Accounting and Audit Services Group.

Bill has extensive knowledge in real estate financing, accounting, and costing; he also provides in-depth tax planning solutions to clients facing complex tax issues. He excels in helping clients secure financing for both their working capital and long-term needs. He has served a diverse client base, with an emphasis in real estate construction, development, leasing and management, as well as manufacturing and service organizations.

Mr. Fegley currently serves as Chair of the Board of Trustees for the Sisters of Saint Francis Foundation and as a Member of the Board of Directors of St. Luke’s Hospital, Carbon County. He is a former lecturer at the University of Pennsylvania, former Adjunct Professor at Drexel University and Pennsylvania State University, former Captain of the U.S. Army, and has previously served as Board Member and Trustee for various other organizations.

Bill is a graduate of Drexel University, where he earned both a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce & Engineering and a Master of Business Administration degree. His professional associations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also certified as an AICPA Personal Financial Specialist.
